The Human Performance Enhancement Division (HPED) does advanced research and development, and consultation that may be of value to individuals, researchers, companies, government agencies, sports organizations,and many others. This includes: 1) Enhancing human physical performance in such areas as professional sports, Olympic sports, and other sports and recreation areas; 2) Enhancing leadership, drive, and initiative in people, such as managers and executives of corporations, government agencies, and other organizations; 3) Enhancing creative innovative and “out-of-the-box” thinking to solve problems facing individuals and organizations of all kinds (collaborations with the Exceptional Creative Achievement Organization of which Dr. Neppe is Executive Director at www.ecao.us) ; 4) Reducing stress levels of people facing high stress situations, such as executives, military personnel, law enforcement, and other employees in high risk, high stress jobs; 5) Enhancing personal mental concentration, memory, and learning among employees, students, and others in training and learning situations; 6) Enhancing abilities in such exceptional human experiences, such as remote viewing, out of body experiences, near death experiences, intuitive, altered states of consciousness, relative non-locality, higher consciousness, meditative and other psychic experiences; (Training provided by the Applied Consciousness and Intuition Division of WISE) 7) Extending new mathematical and physical models to areas such as Dimensional Biopsychophysics, and 8) Developing new models, theories and paradigms for reality.
